Dijilele Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Dijilele Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dijilele website and, where applicable, Dijilele products, services, educational materials, and other offerings. Dijilele™ is developed by Elemental ID Inc. In these Terms, “Dijilele,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Elemental ID Inc. in connection with Dijilele.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
1. Using the Dijilele Website
You may use the Dijilele website for lawful personal, educational, professional, or business purposes consistent with these Terms.
You must not:
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
introduce malicious code or harmful technology;
use automated tools to improperly scrape, copy, or disrupt the website;
impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information; or
use Dijilele content or intellectual property in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, or legal compliance.
2. Product and Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on the Dijilele website, including product descriptions, specifications, images, educational information, and availability information, is accurate and current.
Dijilele products are under ongoing development, and product features, specifications, appearance, software, accessories, or availability may change as the products evolve.
Product photographs and digital representations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product but may appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, or subsequent product refinements.
If we discover a material error in information we have provided in connection with a specific transaction or agreement, we will address it in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
For current product information, please visit our Products page.
3. Limited Pre-Orders and Purchases
Dijilele does not currently offer general online purchasing or checkout through this website.
From time to time, we may offer a limited pre-order, reservation, pilot purchase, educational purchase, wholesale opportunity, or other purchasing arrangement directly to customers, educators, organizations, distributors, or partners.
The specific terms of each such offer will be communicated separately before a customer or partner agrees to participate. Depending on the offer, these terms may include:
the product or service being offered;
price and applicable taxes;
deposit or payment requirements;
estimated production or availability timelines;
delivery or collection arrangements;
cancellation or refund conditions;
warranty information; and
any other conditions specific to the offer.
If the specific written terms of a pre-order, purchase, quotation, partnership agreement, or other transaction conflict with these general Terms, the terms specifically provided for that transaction will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Estimated development, production, or availability dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable transaction terms.
Nothing in these Terms or in transaction-specific terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
4. Educational, Wholesale, and Partnership Arrangements
Schools, educators, music therapists, distributors, institutions, community organizations, and other partners may work with Dijilele under separate quotations, purchase agreements, pilot arrangements, partnership agreements, or other written terms.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will govern the specific relationship and will take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.
For education, wholesale, distribution, or partnership inquiries, please contact [email protected].
5. Product Use and Safety
Dijilele products should be used in accordance with the instructions, safety information, and guidance supplied with the product.
Users are responsible for using the instrument appropriately and taking reasonable care of it.
Children should use Dijilele with appropriate adult supervision based on their age, abilities, and circumstances.
Dijilele may be used in educational, therapeutic, community, or care-related settings. However, Dijilele products are musical and educational tools and are not represented as medical devices, medical treatments, or substitutes for professional medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.
Where Dijilele is incorporated into professional therapy, rehabilitation, education, or care, decisions about its use should be made by the appropriately qualified professional.
6. Warranties and Product Issues
Any warranty applying to a Dijilele product will be described in the information provided with the product or as part of the applicable purchase, pre-order, pilot, or other agreement.
Where applicable, warranty information may specify matters such as:
the warranty period;
what the warranty covers;
exclusions;
care requirements; and
how to make a warranty claim.
These Terms do not exclude or limit warranties, conditions, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If you experience a problem with a Dijilele product, please contact [email protected].
7. Intellectual Property
The Dijilele website and its content, including the Dijilele™ name and branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, product designs, educational materials, software, interface elements, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Elemental ID Inc. unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use website content for ordinary personal purposes and may use educational materials only as expressly permitted.
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by Dijilele, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Dijilele content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dijilele intellectual property to you.
8. User Communications and Inquiries
If you contact Dijilele through an inquiry form, email, event registration, support request, partnership inquiry, or other communication channel, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, purchase agreement, employment relationship, professional relationship, or other contractual commitment unless both parties separately agree to one.
Information you submit through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Dijilele website may contain links to third-party websites or incorporate third-party services, such as video platforms, analytics services, event-registration platforms, social media services, or other website functionality.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.
Dijilele is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that Dijilele endorses all content, products, or services available through that website.
10. Privacy and Cookies
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Dijilele collects, uses, protects, and handles personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Dijilele website, including essential, preference, analytics, and marketing technologies where applicable, and how visitors can manage relevant cookie preferences.
Please review these policies for more information.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Dijilele website accurate, available, and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security requirements, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue website features and content where reasonably necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elemental ID Inc. and Dijilele will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Dijilele products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Users are responsible for following applicable product instructions and using Dijilele products in a reasonable and appropriate manner.
13. Consumer Rights
These Terms are intended to operate alongside, and not replace, rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
If you are an Ontario consumer, rights and remedies may be available under Ontario consumer protection legislation and other applicable laws. Those statutory rights continue to apply regardless of any provision in these Terms that cannot legally override them.
Additional information about consumer rights is available through Consumer Protection Ontario.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The Last updated date at the top of this page will identify the most recent version.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Where a separate purchase, pre-order, partnership, pilot, or other agreement has already been entered into, changes to these general website Terms will not retroactively replace the specific terms of that agreement unless permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
If mandatory laws in another province, territory, state, or country give you rights that cannot legally be limited by these Terms, those rights continue to apply.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permitted.
